Pitch Cat is a voice-controlled casual game. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the app and website, how it is used, and how you can contact us.
Microphone
Pitch Cat uses microphone access to detect pitch and control the flying cat. Audio is processed on device for gameplay. We do not upload, sell, or store raw microphone audio on our servers.
Local game data
The app may store local progress such as cleared levels, lives, deaths, nickname, language, haptic preference, and settings on your device. This data is used to provide gameplay and remember your preferences.
Remote configuration
The app may request a small remote configuration file from our website to determine operational settings such as whether rewarded ads are enabled and how many lives a refill grants. This request may involve standard technical information such as IP address, user agent, request time, and server logs handled by our hosting provider.
Advertising
Pitch Cat may use Google AdMob to show rewarded ads. AdMob may process device and advertising information according to Google's policies and your platform privacy choices. On iOS, tracking permission is requested through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt where required.
Third-party services
Pitch Cat may use third-party services for advertising, app store distribution, and website hosting. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. We choose providers that are commonly used for app functionality, advertising, and delivery.
Data retention and deletion
Gameplay progress stored locally remains on your device until you reset progress or uninstall the app. Server logs, if any, are kept only as needed for security, diagnostics, and service operation. You may contact us to ask questions or request deletion of data that we can reasonably identify and control.
Children
Pitch Cat is a casual game and is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
